This is the perfect service for couples who desire to handle the entire planning process themselves but want to hand over the reins before the big day. Our job is to step in and coordinate any of the final details and manage all of the logistics for your event, leaving you to enjoy the last moments before you walk down the aisle. 
MONTH OF WEDDING COORDINATION TIMELINE: 
After our first planning call we officially jump in 4-6 WEEKS OUT PRIOR TO WEDDING DATE
Month-Of Coordination includes:
  • Once you sign your contract : One 90- minute planning call
  • Two (45-minute) check-in calls starting 2 months out to the event date 
  • Weekly check in calls the month of 
  • One in person site visit
  • Access to your client portal on Aisle Planner—checklists, budget keep-up, timeline, floorplan, vendor contact with documents on file, design board, and more!
  • Access to "In-House Vendors" & preferred vendor list
  • Creation of floor plans for wedding day
  • Decor set up the day of
  • Creation and distribution of event day timeline to all vendors and VIPs
  • Run Rehearsal before the wedding day
  • Coordination with venue and all vendor staff
  • Oversee the breakdown of the event and ensure all personal items are returned to the client 
  • One-hour rehearsal the day before

FULL SERVICE WEDDING COORDINATION TIMELINE: 
We officially jump in the moment you sign your contract!
Full Service Coordination includes:
  • Everything listed from "Month-Of Coordination"
  • Once you sign your contract : One 90- minute planning call
  • Four (90-minute) planning calls
  • Weekly (30-minute) check-in calls the month before your event date
  • Ceremony site scouting (if not at an actual venue. i.e. The Blue Ridge Parkway/ Airbnb)
    Research all requirements for permits for your event
  • Create a rental list with accurate numbers depending on the guest count
  • Assist with transportation logistics
  • Attend first and last (video/ phone) meetings with all vendors
  • Breakfast, coffee, or lunch pick up on our way to you the day of
